Facilitate - We'll work with our talent to ensure a smooth process from the interview, to your on-boarding. There are no costs involved until you hire our talent and we won't invoice you until they actually start. Benchmark Makers also guarantees all of our placements within 90 days.

Direct Hire

Are you looking to fill a key position at your company? Direct hire roles are permanent positions where your company will bring on the candidate as an employee, directly onto your payroll. The talent we find go through an extensive vetting process to ensure they are a perfect fit. The fees associated with a direct hire are based on a percentage (%) of the candidate's annual salary only.

Temp-to-Hire

Do you have a vacant position you’re unsure if you’d like to permanently fill? Temp-to-hire enables your company to bring on talent at a particular pay rate for a trial period with an option to hire full time. The fees associated with this type of position are the bill rate for the temp duration as well as a conversion fee based on a percentage (%) of the candidate's annual salary.

Contracting

Have an employee on leave or a short-term need for a project? Our Contracting Services can supplement your team on a temporary basis. These engagements will end within the specified contract terms, but can be extended depending on the contractor's availability. Benchmark Makers carries the entire employee burden (taxes, insurance, payroll, etc.) associated with the contractor.
