Job Description
Global leader seeks an Applications Analyst to join the Desktop and Applications Services team. The primary role of the Applications Analyst is to support the Windows 10 & 11, Office 2019 & 365, and application automation along with other client/server application infrastructures.
Responsibilities include:
Configuring, upgrading, implementing, testing, and supporting iManage Work 10 for Windows & Mac, Desksite, Mobility App, co-authoring.
Strong understanding of desktop applications integrations and Windows operating systems.
Administrating Micro Focus Content Manager (Records system) including IDOL OEM version, basic understanding of DB schema and import & export tools.
Knowledge of iManage SQL DB schema and ability to run query, update records and troubleshoot store procedures.Using Prosperoware Import & Export Tool for document import & export.
Understand Information Governance concepts.Troubleshooting and resolving security related issues in IntApp Wallbuilder.Understand IntApp DB schema and assist support other Intapp extensions.
Using project management principal to manage application upgrades.
Testing & Deploying security updates and software patches for various applications.
Troubleshooting and solving third level support calls escalated from Support Center.
Making recommendations for various application settings along with presenting innovative solutions for existing business challenges.
Working with various IS departments and vendors to remediate the desktop applications and third-party issues.
Working with software vendors to test and evaluate new products.
Regression test the image and update packages on a regular basis.

Must possess excellent critical thinking and problem solving ability.
Experience:
A four-year college degree is preferred.
A minimum of two (2) yearsβ experience supporting law firm applications.
Prior experience in project management is a must.
In depth knowledge of Document Management System, Records Management system, IntApp Wallbuilder and windows security policies.
Knowledge of backend iManage Document Management system including Communication servers, IDOL, Preview Servers, RAVN, Work 10 servers and iManage Share is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, scripting languages, Citrix and VMW.
Good understanding of network communication protocols. Strong knowledge of the Windows Operating System (including Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2 β 2019).
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite (version 2019).
Experience in supporting Office 365 is a plus.
Experience supporting Client & Server-based applications. Must be able to diagnose problems via system and application logs.iOS and macOS knowledge is a plus.
